my first layout ever! so if u think it isnt good...then too bad.I think the
coding is done nicely tho..and the banner is great ..(of course it is!

well this is a layout i call"Blue tech" cuz to me it looks kinda "tech"ish...
so like yea...not much to explain...hmm lets see...The NEWS!!
okay so see the news up top^?well u can mess with the Marquee code to how ever u
like it...make it go slow or faster..w/e! its all up to u(if you download of course)
umm same applys for the marquee code for Affys...what else...umm thats pretty much it
OH! and i made this text box thing look :p
You can put codes up their or something ...idk..anything u feel like..
and dont forget..just replace my text with what ever u want and copy and paste the pages and and change stuff to make other pages...
